Your destruction certificate carries the SHA-256 of the exact file we sent you. Run that check on the file in your hand and compare. If they match, the certificate refers to precisely what you received — and you didn't have to take our word for any part of it.
Your job's encryption key exists only in memory, is never written to disk, and is destroyed when the job finishes — not within some retention window measured in days. From that moment the working data cannot be read by anyone, including us. That isn't a policy we follow; it's arithmetic we can't undo.
Every step is verified automatically before anything is packaged. No person opens your files to check the work, which is also why we can't tell you what's in them. The certificate records that no human review took place.
The machine that does the heavy work has one cable, running to the other one, and no path to the internet at all — not “firewalled off”: no route. That is checked automatically rather than asserted once in a document, so if it ever stopped being true we would know that day.
Everything you send is scanned for malware before processing begins, and the certificate names the scanner and the date of its virus signatures. A file that fails is quarantined and named to you, and the rest of your job carries on. If the scanner can't run, the job stops rather than proceeding unscreened.

Whatever the job was, the same two things come back alongside your results: a destruction certificate saying your data is gone, and a completion report saying exactly what was and wasn't done. Both are generated by the job itself — nobody types them, and you get them whether you ask or not.

Your reply carries a private upload link — yours alone, and it expires. Files are encrypted in your browser before they are sent, each with its own key that only our machine can unwrap, so nothing readable ever crosses the internet. There is nothing to install and no account to create. The job then runs on our own hardware in an isolated workspace, encrypted at rest.

A fixed price needs a defined edge, so here is ours. The published price covers supported document formats of ordinary readable quality. The page limit counts every document page submitted across all files; an image file representing a single document page counts as one page.
Material that is badly scanned, photographed at an angle, very low resolution, handwritten, damaged or otherwise unusual is quoted separately — because it is a genuinely different amount of work, not because we want to renegotiate.
And no one reads your files to decide that. Our system measures it: page counts, whether a PDF already contains text, image resolution, and how confidently a recogniser can read a sample. It keeps the scores and discards the words. If your job falls outside the published price you get a number and the reason — "38 of 460 pages scored below our readability threshold" — and nobody here has seen a single line of your content.

Every piece of this is either hardware sitting in our building or open-source software anyone can inspect. There is no proprietary black box in the middle and no third party holding a copy of anything.
The models that read your documents and transcribe your audio run on NVIDIA silicon we bought outright, sitting in our own building. Dedicated machinery — ours, not rented by the hour, not a slice of somebody else’s cloud, and not an API call to a company that keeps a copy.

You get a dated, numbered certificate naming the job and the method. Being straight about what that proves: it's our record, not an independent audit. What makes it more than a promise is the method — your data is encrypted while it's worked on, and the key is destroyed at the end, which is what makes the remainder unreadable rather than merely deleted.
Briefly, and less than most people assume. Once a job is finished the working data is gone and its key destroyed, usually within minutes of delivery. Once you confirm you have your results, our copy of them is destroyed along with the password — so there is no window afterwards in which we are holding your work at all. If a delivery ever goes astray we simply run it again — the work itself takes seconds. We would rather ask you to resend than keep a copy we have no reason to hold. While the job is running, your files sit encrypted in a workspace isolated from every other job. The only real window is the length of the job itself.
Yes, it's AI — that's what does the reading, the transcribing and the extracting. And no, it doesn't learn from your files. Training and inference are two different things: the models arrive already trained, they run on our machines, they produce your result, and they are no more changed by your documents than a calculator is changed by a sum. There is no feedback loop, and nothing is sent anywhere to improve a service — the machine doing the work has no way to send it.
No person reads them either, and that isn't a policy — it's a constraint. Every service offered is one that can be done and checked by machine. Anything needing a human eye to come out right isn't offered, which is why the list is shorter than it could be.
This is the whole reason the business exists. Your firm probably already has a rule against pasting client material into a public AI tool, and that rule is correct. This is the same class of tool with the part that breaks the rule removed.
We won't notice, and we can't warn you. The same rule that stops us reading your content stops us catching that for you. Check before you send.
Not in the formal sense — there's no SOC 2 report or external certification, and claiming otherwise would be a lie. What you can do is ask exactly how something works and get a specific answer, and check the destruction certificate against the job you sent.
Not necessarily. Jobs are priced on volume and quoted before you commit. If price is the only thing that matters, a hyperscaler will beat us — they're selling processing, and processing is cheap. What you're buying here is different: knowing exactly who handled your files and for how long, that no person read them, and holding a dated record that they're gone. If none of that is worth anything on your particular job, use the cheaper option — you'll be fine, and we'd rather tell you that than take the work.

A processor that accepts responsibility for everything is describing a service that doesn't exist.
We act only on your documented instructions. We don't decide what your data is for, we don't repurpose it, and we don't judge its content. Everything we promise describes what happens on our hardware — it can't describe what happens before your files arrive or after your results leave, and being straight about that line is part of the promise.
The security of the processing environment: encryption at rest, isolation between jobs, sandboxed execution, malware screening, destruction of working data and of the key, and the accuracy of the records we issue about all of it.
Whether you're permitted to send us the data at all — consent, contracts, and whatever your regulator requires before data goes to an outside processor. We have no way to assess that and won't pretend otherwise. Also checking the output before you rely on it: automated extraction is fast and it is not infallible.
What you want done, what you're sending, and how results come back are agreed in writing first. We work from that document and nothing else — there is no "while we're in there" on this service.

What we still cannot reach is anything upstream of that: the copy in your sent folder, the drive it came from, the account holding it.
Nobody here reads your content — which also means we can't tell you that you've sent something you didn't mean to send. The same rule that protects you removes our ability to catch that for you.
We destroy our working copy and certify it. We can't destroy yours — your originals, your backups, your sent folder. Where the results are stored afterwards, who sees them, and whether your own devices and accounts are sound is out of our hands entirely. If the weak point is upstream of us, nothing we do at our end reaches it.
